CEX / DEX Strategy
Draft - Public strategy for the Gen6 community to review and to feedback on.
GSX Token Launch Strategy
Status: Pre-TGE planning document
TGE listing price: $1.00
Primary community: EU, secondary Asia
Strategic principles
One well-supported CEX beats three underfunded listings
Owned DEX liquidity is the foundation
Every dollar paid as a listing fee is a dollar not in the liquidity pool
The locked, verifiable DEX pool is the trust narrative made literal. For an identity-verification token, this is the most on-brand credibility signal available
Phase 2 listings (licensed, regulated venues) are earned through traction, not purchased at TGE
Budget allocation (Draft)
DEX liquidity pool
$80,000 - 100,000
Paired GSX + USDT
CEX listing fee estimate
30000 USDT + 30000 GSX
Depending on CEX offers!
Market maker
$10,000–20,000
Float + monthly retainer, non-negotiable
Reserve
$15,000–20,000
Contingency
TGE day venues, latest updates
Bitmart (Tier 2) - "Listing fee : 30K USDT for the listing fee for 60k package B with a 30k discount. Free marketing campaign: AMA, free website banner. Liquidity requirement: 15k usdt + 15k token" They are focused on altcoins and all AI researches recommend them as top choice for Gen6.
MEXC (Tier 1) - They confirmed they are willing to list GSX, but they also increased the price to $100000. This is a high price with a high risk on the Gen6 market.
BingX (Tier 2) - Their offer is "30k USDT including 10k free marketing". AI recommends this as secondary because the market is mostly Asian. Very decent tho.
WEEX (Tier 3) - From 20k to 40k depending on packages plus "P.s. I forgot to mention 5k for integration".
Bybit Launchpad - There is a conflict with EU users and launching on bybit.eu makes no sense. Their support is mostly AI and Bybit contacts are not very helpful.
In the end we'll need to choose from: Bitmart, BingX and WEEX.
With the Gen6 community we need to choose from these options. BingX and Bitmart seems to be the most decent ones, also based on their communication they are more professional.
DEX liquidity pool (Draft)
Deployment
Venue: Uniswap v3 on the EVM chain wGSX is deployed on (or the leading DEX equivalent on that chain). Alternatively Mosaic is an option too if they are ready to accept GSX.
Strategy: Concentrated liquidity in a tight band around $1.00 — makes the same capital far more effective than a full-range pool
Pairing: GSX / stablecoin (USDC or USDT)
Draft - Phase 2 listing options (2027)
Fund from treasury or revenue — not from the $200K TGE budget. These are earned through post-TGE traction.
HashKey Exchange
~6 months post-TGE
Hong Kong SFC-licensed, publicly listed (3887.HK), #16 on CoinGecko globally, strongest Asia compliance signal. New listings currently skew professional-investor-only — rewards waiting for trading history. Best long-term brand-fit for a trust infrastructure token.
MiCA-licensed EU venue
~6–12 months post-TGE
EU/Hungary-majority community makes a MiCA-compliant listing the highest long-term value move — more relevant to Gen6's actual buyers than any Asia venue. Directly on-brand for a trust-infrastructure token.
Crypto.com
~6–12 months post-TGE
Selective Token Admission and Review Committee — rewards having traction and a clean compliance record.
Gate
~12 months post-TGE
Strong growth-stage venue, $200K–$250K listing fee makes it a budget mismatch at TGE. Not a fit issue — a cost issue. Revisit when funded from treasury.
Excluded venues
Binance / Coinbase
Out of reach at TGE — won't list a brand-new $1 token with a just-closed seed round. Revisit post-traction.
Kraken
Fewer, carefully vetted listings — new token unlikely to clear bar at TGE. Long-shot quote at best; plan as phase 2.
Bybit spot
Too expensive without the Launchpad path.
BitGet
No compelling case over MEXC/OKX at this budget level.
NonKYC.io
Hard to trust, we can revisit them if they prove their trustworthiness as time goes.
Taiwan CEXs (MAX, BitoPro, HOYA BIT)
TWD-fiat only, Taiwan-resident oriented. EU/Hungary community cannot meaningfully use them.
Weex
Trust concerns flagged during negotiation.
CoinList
Low activity.
