Anybody can create a guild through referenda. You set yourself as Expert, so decide wisely before trying to create one. * How to become a guild member? You need to apply, then Experts in the guild can accept you. * We accept Expert decisions and it will influence what we do. * Frontends/Service providers decide which guilds to show, support. #### **Gen6** **Experts** * Experts are the key figures of the community. * Expert roles specifications are originated from Guilds. #### **GSX Tokenomics** * **37.5% of the total supply (30M)** is allocated for **validators and delegation rewards**. Each successful validation earns a reward of 0.05 GSX tokens. * **17.5% of the total supply (14M)** is allocated for **Community Initiatives and reserves**, which include staking rewards, community game rewards, contribution rewards, treasury, token burns, and airdrops. This allocation will be used to **inspire existing and future users** to join and actively use the platform, through games and community engagement activities, to enhance community participation and market impact. **Airdrops and Community Game Rewards** will be tied to community activity and projects related to G6 Networks. * **12.5% of the total supply (10M)** is reserved for the **seed round**. The exact date for this round has not been disclosed yet, but it is expected to take place after the second milestone. * **10% of the total supply (8M)** is allocated for **CEX and DEX listings**. DEX listings will follow CEX listings if needed. These tokens will be used to provide liquidity throughout the project's lifecycle. While we cannot yet confirm the specific CEX for the initial listing, negotiations are already underway. * **12.5% of the total supply (10M)** is allocated for the **Fair Launch**, with a **set at a** **hard cap of $6,230,000**. Individuals will be able to acquire the G6 Networks tokens through our Fair Launch platform. * **5% of the total supply (4M)** is allocated for the **team**, with members receiving a portion of their salary in GSX tokens. These tokens are tied to a **12-month vesting period**. If needed, this allocation also covers the following departments: Development, Marketing, PR, Legal and Compliance and Business Development. * **5% of the total supply (4M)** is allocated for **Operational Reserves**. These tokens are reserved to cover unforeseen operational costs that may arise throughout the lifecycle of the project.
